At Rounton Coffee, we believe that enjoying your favourite coffee should be a seamless and enjoyable experience. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our new and improved coffee subscription portal, designed with you, our awesome customers, in mind.

Our new portal offers a more intuitive interface, enhanced features, and greater flexibility, making it easier than ever to manage your coffee subscriptions. Whether you're looking to adjust your delivery schedule, try new products, or simply ensure you never run out of your favourite brew, our step-by-step guide below will help you easily navigate the new system.

How to access the new subscription portal

To access the new subscription portal, start by visiting our homepage and tapping the member login in the top right corner next to the basket.

If it’s your first time logging into the new portal, you’ll receive an email with a code to access your subscription. This code might be sent to your junk folder, so make sure to check there. The code is only valid for a few minutes, so have some time set aside for this process.

Once you have logged in, you will see all your previous orders. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

Navigating the subscription portal

Once logged in, on the homepage of the new portal, you will find several options to manage your subscription. You can click ‘Send now’ to get your coffee subscription sooner if you’re running low and need a caffeine boost. To change the delivery date of your subscription, click ‘Reschedule’. If you have too much coffee on hand, you can skip the next shipment without incurring any charges. Also, you can view and manage the products in your subscription and their costs directly from the homepage.

To make changes to your subscription, click ‘Manage my subscription’. Here, you can adjust the grind, size, and order frequency of your coffee. After making your changes, scroll down and click ‘Save changes’. If you want to swap your current coffee for another from our core collection, click ‘Swap this for a different product’, search for the coffee you want, and confirm by clicking ‘Swap’.

Additional features and benefits

One of the fantastic new features of our portal is the ability to add one-off products to your subscription. You can add items from our AeroPress range, gift sets, cafetieres, filter papers, and more, which will be delivered with your next coffee order. We absolutely love this feature as we would often get asked by our customers to add one-off products to their subscription order to save on postage and packaging, which we had to do manually. Now it's all at the touch of a button for you to add and manage.

Another great part of this new portal is that in the ‘Manage subscriptions’ section, you can view all your active and inactive coffee subscriptions. This makes it easy to reactivate past subscriptions that you have enjoyed and add them to your current order. You can also view and edit your upcoming orders for the next three months or skip shipments if you've got an overflow of coffee beans.

While our customer service team is always available to assist, you can now update your address, contact details, and payment information online from the comfort of your home. Simply click into the each setting to do this.

Pausing or cancelling your subscription

Again if you've got too much coffee or thinking about taking a break from caffeine, then you can pause your subscription. You can choose to do this for one, two or six months. After the time selected, you will receive an email from us to let you know we're getting your order ready, so there is no need for you to set a reminder.

While we hope you don't cancel you subscription with us, we understand circumstances change . To cancel, click ‘Manage your subscription’, scroll down, and click ‘Cancel subscription’. We will ask you to provide a reason for cancellation to help us improve our service. Click ‘Next’ to finalise the cancellation.
