You’ll earn 5 Beans for every £1 you spend with us - just make sure you're logged in, as guest checkouts won’t earn Beans. You can also earn Beans by following us on Facebook and Instagram, and to make your day extra special, we’ll pop 500 Beans into your account on your birthday - our little gift to you!

Just click the Rewards button in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Once you’re logged into your account, you’ll see your Bean balance and any rewards ready and waiting for you - nice and easy!

Head over to the "Ways to Redeem" section in the Rewards hub, where you'll find a list of available rewards. If you've got enough Beans, you can redeem a reward, and a code will be generated for you. Simply copy the code and paste it into the discount box at checkout.

Absolutely - to spend your Beans and get a discount on your next subscription order, go to the "Ways to Redeem" section in the Rewards hub and select a reward for money off your next subscription. Once you've redeemed the reward, copy the discount code and head to your account page. Click "Manage Subscriptions" and navigate to your active subscription. On the left, you'll see the "Apply Discount" option - just paste your code there, and your next order will be discounted automatically!

Unfortunately, our system only accepts one discount code per order, so Beans can’t be used with other promotions.

Yes, Beans will expire if you have not earned or redeemed Beans for a continuous period of 1 year. We will always warn you before your Beans expire.
