Gift subscriptions are a one-time credit added to the recipient's account. You can choose when they receive an email notification with your personal message. Once they get the email, they'll select their preferred coffee from our collection, choose their grind size, and set up their first delivery date. Their coffee shipments will continue automatically until the credit is used up. At that point, they can enter their own payment information to keep the subscription going if they'd like.

After receiving the gift notification email, the recipient will be directed our website to set up their subscription. They can pick any coffee from our core collection or go with Roaster's Choice if they want something different each time. They'll select the right grind for how they brew, choose when they want their first delivery, and add their address. The subscription will then be ready in their account for them to manage.
Nothing to worry about! Your recipient will add their delivery address when they claim the gift. Just pop their email address in above and we'll send them everything they need to get started.
Yes! It functions like credit on their account, so they're free to switch to a different coffee or adjust how often they receive deliveries. They can make these changes anytime in their portal and will keep getting shipments until the credit runs out.
Unfortunately, we're unable to change the email address once the order has been processed. We do have digital gift cards available if you're unsure of their email address, or you can send it to yourself and set it up on their behalf.
