SPECIAL RELEASE

Founded in 2014 by Mr Felix Soba, the Nola Wonga farmers group in Wolowio Village was created to preserve the rich coffee heritage of Bajawa, Flores. Nestled in the volcanic highlands of East Nusa Tenggara, this region is known for producing vibrant, clean coffees with floral aromatics, citrus notes, and bright acidity.
This coffee exemplifies the lively character of coffees from Flores—clean, floral, and bursting with zesty acidity, yet grounded by a smooth, nutty finish.
Ripe cherries are handpicked and pulped on-site, then fermented in concrete tanks before being washed. Beans are patio-dried for 7–10 days, then hulled, graded, and sorted – with a final pass through an optical sorter to ensure quality in every cup.
With vibrant acidity and floral clarity, Nola Wonga has a lively depth that captures the essence of Flores.
