NEW COFFEE DROP
Produced in the Kedamesa village of Limu, which is located in the Oromia Zone in the south west of Ethiopia, at an elevation of 2,050 MASL.
Coffee that tastes as sweet as tea? With a big flavour of black tea up front, followed by orange and lime, Kedamesa is easy to drink and 100% more-ish.
During processing, cherries were hand sorted, pulped, washed, then soaked in water overnight. After being washed again the next morning, the coffee was dried on raised African beds. Because these beds are outdoors, weather conditions were carefully monitored, and coffee was covered with a shade net during the intense midday sun and covered with tarpaulin overnight and during rain.
Sweet like tea is Kedamesa, with its unique flavour profile, it is a coffee that needs to be tasted to be believed!
