Both vibrant and complex, with light body and delightfully bright acidity. Expect notes of mango, peach, and lime.
After carefully harvesting by hand, ripe coffee cherries are placed on raised beds to dry in the sun.
Expect this one to be light and clean with tea-like complexity and a refreshing acidity.
