Finca Casa De Piedra, Tarrazú

Finca Casa de Piedra is one of two farms run by father and daughter team, Gerardo and Jennifer Arias. Their work is dedicated to the production and processing the finest coffees that Costa Rica's Tarrazú region has to offer.

Delightfully Sweet

Expect bright mandarin and rich cacao upfront, rounded off by a smooth caramel sweetness. A sweet, balanced cup with a gentle citrus lift.

Black Honey

After harvesting, ripe cherries are depulped, removing the outer layer but leaving most of the sticky sugar-rich layer beneath intact. These cherries are then dried slowly on raised beds over 15 days.
